3/4 c. sugar, divided

2 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 t. baking powder

1/4 t. salt

3/4 c. butter, melted

12 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1/4 c. sour cream

2 t. pure vanilla extract

1 large egg

10 oz. peach jam

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with a piece of parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the melted butter and stir until a crumbly dough forms.
Press 2/3 of the dough on the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, egg, and remaining sugar.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the crumble base and spread the peach jam on top of the cream cheese layer.
Crumble the reserved crumble topping on top of the peach jam and transfer to the oven to bake until lightly golden and puffed, approximately 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
