Directions
Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring enough overhang to cover all the sides. Set it aside.
In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine both types of chocolate and the sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low, stirring frequently.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the chocolate is mostly melted and the mixture thickens. Don’t worry if some chunks remain; they’ll melt with residual heat.
Remove from the heat and stir in the salt and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Add the chopped walnuts and stir to combine well.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, sprinkle with flakey sea salt, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set.
Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into bite-sized squares. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
For a perfect serving suggestion, pair your fudge with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This fudge is also a great addition to a festive dessert platter alongside cookies and other treats.
