Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout and stored securely.

Digital Pre-Orders (Ebooks): Upon the release date, your ebook will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Physical Pre-Orders (Paperbacks): Upon the release date, your order will be printed and shipped according to our standard shipping timelines. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled (sent or shipped), you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
