Refund policy

Digital Goods

Refunds do not apply to digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads. Please choose carefully.

Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase, in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Physical Goods

Signed Books (Direct from Wendy Meadows)

Signed books are non-returnable for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).

Print-on-Demand Books (Shipped by Lulu)

Print-on-demand books are custom-made to order and ship directly from our printer. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Returns for faulty items (significant print defects, binding issues, or damage) are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact us with photographs of the defective item, and we will resend or refund at our discretion. Please note: shipping costs will be deducted from refunds.

All Physical Orders

For refund queries, please email wendy@wendymeadows.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of any faulty item. We want you to be happy!

These are custom-made to order. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction with design choices. Returns for faulty items (significant print defects, color issues, or damage) are accepted within 7 days of delivery. We will resend the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
